sorry to hear. maybe when hes a bit older?
i admit to not knowing much at all about autism, but i know many kids and adults connect with thomas very strongly. i remember one lady at a show telling me thomas taught her son to count, colors and what facial expressions can mean. [i think the model series were better for this than the CGI]

Yep those plastic folding picnic tables are great and can be packed flat when your done. As long as the little man can reach the trains should be good Big Grin

Well ive decided to do an about turn guys,thought it be wrong not to build it for him. Ive completed about 3/4 of the layout today.

Ive put the supports down today and laid the track on top just needs pining to the wood. Ben sees this as a Disney Monorail! So looks like i will have to use the rest of his track in his bedroom and build another Thomas layout!
