Best Value Set? - PopGoesOldOllie - 12-08-2018

Hey guys! So, I'm planning my Christmas wish list, and I want to get some plarail track. Problem is, I don't know what kind of set I should get, and which would be best for me. I'm aiming for a set that is 10-40$. Which set has the most track, most setpieces, most risers, etc.? Should I just get individual packs of track along with the set? Any things I should watch out for?

If its just Tomy Blue Track and accessories you are looking for then I would guess that the most bang for your buck would be to look for large bulk listings of used items on Ebay but I am not sure where you are located or if you have an Ebay in your country.

Definitely get the Thomas Ultimate Set! It's around the $75ish area, but has TONS of track, risers, destinations, etc.! Great for one who's just getting into the hobby for sure.

straight and curve are dirt cheap.  However if you want a switch or double crossover, they cost quite a bit.  Visit a local charity shop, sometimes they sell them.
