Hey guys, I finished painting Thomas' snowplough, so he's ready for winter now! Overall, I'm really happy with how he and the plough turned out!

Knowing his treatment of snowploughs, I hope you've prepared many spare ones so you won't have to reprint/reorder it every time.

Jokes aside, I like how your version has a more accurate shape compared to the Shapeways one by Elsbridge Model Shop (which uses the different upper curvature the CGI design has). More consistent with the official H0 and G Scale snowploughs, since they were made when it still looked like that in the show. Does it attach to him in a similar way to the H0/G ones, or did you have to use another method? That paint almost perfectly matches the factory shade, as if they already made one.

Thanks!

The plow sits on Thomas' buffers, and is easily removable. The plow on the HO version has a bracket that screws onto Thomas, and the plow can be slid on or off of the bracket. I think the G Scale plow just screws onto Thomas where the coupling would be.

Also, I'll have to do a collection update sometime to show you my trains and the buildings I've made.
