toottoottoys in aussie has the minis 7 packs listed. they ship within aussie and to new zealand. not sure about other countries, but they are very helpful. they are my go-to site for blind bags.

2016/wave 2 has been spotted in the uk. not sure where, a friend saw a photo on twitter which i dont use.

I just found 3 of the new 3 packs at toysrus in Houston. When I went to pay for them they were not even bar coded yet. As of right now I have 130 unique trains.

I hate Walmart cause ever time I go I look in the thomas area and every time I go they still have wave 1 from the first season
