It seems to be a limited exclusive through Target in the US and TRU in Canada. It’s out of stock in the US and neither Amazon nor Walmart have it. But it’s been featured in Target’s mail out catalog and it was on Fisher Price’s site at one point, so he knows about it and Santa can’t just easily swap the smaller, mass market set.
