Kiha 283 Series "Super Ozora" Hardly Does It Justice...

Well here we have my latest 'N Gauge' addition, the beautiful "Super Ozora" from Kato, in a 6 car form I got this as 'pre-owned' off eBay, but I would defy you to find any faults with it...

Here's some pictures of the set, including some close'ish pics for Super to show off the car interiors as well as the beautiful detailed livery.  But make a point of scrolling all the way down to see the beautiful lighting effects on the head and tail cars...

Next here's some pics of the Head and Tail cars, both feature directional lighting in the form of white headlamps for the forward directional car and red taillights for the trailing car.  But what's even more special is that they also have a fully coloured (back lit) service board on each car, but what's even cooler is that you can change this to alternative services (see the 5th picture showing the accessories bag and look at the arrow).  I should add though that I suspect these will be quite fiddly to change as they are literally only about 5mm square Big Grin  The reason for taking pictures of both the leading and trailing car is that if you look carefully you will see that the destination display is different where one has been changed by the prior owner...

Finally my other delivery of the day is a piece of 'N Gauge' scenery in the form of a 'Taxi Office' complete with workshop (with interior details), two miniature taxi cars and decals  to customise the building to suit.  The level of detail should be borne in mind that this building is in a box that is around 6"x6"x6" in other words it is quite small to have such levels of detail...
