That thought didn't cross my mind Nigel but looking closely at the videos thumbnail which is a closer view...it doesn't seem crisp enough to be 3D Printed. What do you think? This is the second one this YouTuber has created.

Hi Super,

It's an interesting thing for sure. It looks like its based on a loco chassis as you can see the push rods connected to the little guys feet. But the body shell is going to either be a cut down carriage body or possibly 3D printed. Not so sure about the character, could be either a custom or re-purposed.
