Seems like it. The selection of product has been reduced to blind bags and the advent calendar. Even with that, there is virtually no presence of the product in toy aisles. It’s more of an afterthought now. Really too bad. The excitement for Minis has stopped as well. This message board was always so fun of exciting information.

Plus the fact that the latest wave is the first to be 100% repeats and does not have any new characters or themes.
I'm sure they'll stop the range and either end it or replace it with something that resembles All Engines Go.

i found series 23 in march last year. saw them once or twice in local shops, then they were gone and only 22 until this most recent find of 25. hopefully 24 shows up at some stage.

It sounds like Sun has all this info already, but if not I’ll mention that the metallic Thomas is bag number 622. I had to search for it just in case it was different.

Although, maybe I’m mistaken, but this metallic Thomas is new, isn’t it? It falls in line with the recent metallic Percy and James with their names written on it. Which are near copies of the first year’s metallic series, but that particular metallic Thomas was gold and not blue.

Closest metallic blue Thomas’ I can think of are the 75th anniversary one that has that almost a camo blue body and the day out with Thomas mini.

Saw this photo on the tf_minis Twitter page. Looks like it might be a part of a fan club or something (MFC). Keep your eyes out for these this year. Looks like there might be about 20 of them.

Maybe this will be the only way they produce minis going forward? Haven’t seen any news on any other blind bags or package options…
