@sunhuntin Are the track pieces in the sixth photo broken, or just special pieces?

Of course the Spencer speaks English. TrackMaster never made talking engines that spoke another language (the Flashback Victor said "Buenos Días, my friends!" and "Help! ¡Tengo un Problema!", but the rest was English).

the seller had spent time in korea, and bought these while there. i think, from the emails, they are new zealanders born and bred, and maybe were in korea for work? certainly to buy and play with these, they spent a bit of time there, not just a weeks holiday.

those pieces i believe are broken, but easily replaced. on the spencer, as he was also bought in korea, i wasnt sure if they would have put in a local language "chip" or something, like the multi language/multi accent TnA tomy range.
