And here's the beginning of the layout to run them on. More track on order to complete the far end. Hard to get the trains to run up the incline at first (and I've seen that other people complain of that) but a light sandpapering of the tops of the rails fixed the problem completely.

Quite a nice start there, you have some of the harder to get bullet trains and one of my favourites the cargo train. I hear what you're saying about the slope, is it a standard plarail slope or the specific advance one? I'm not quite sure what the difference is, there may be none apart from a cost difference, I'll have to check them out and see if I can tell the difference. Smile

PlarailMike has a couple of these clear domed tunnels on his Advance layout in his latest video.

I bought the N700 Entry Set about two years ago and intended to get more. Skip ahead two years and I picked the Hayabusa Joint Rail set. E3 Komachi and possibly the E6 Super Komachi set will be arriving for Christmas.
Hello Trainfanz & Welcome to BluePlasticTracks.

You are right about the color styling of your favorite train the CNJ Blue Comet. Just a fantastic looking blue Steamer.

Thank you! I own an HO Gauge model of the Locomotive and would love to get matching cars some day. Shame there aren't many options for a custom Plarail version unless you scratchbuild.

Thank you too! That is a very large collection! I have a fair bit of HO but no place to properly set it all up.

Back on topic, if you have some N Scale rails with a high profile, Plarail Advance can run comfortably on it. I've seen a video of this, but cannot find it at the moment.

That's good to know, any idea what brand that would be?

Most likely the older stuff. It depends on the height of the rails. Tried it on Kato Unitrack and it just bumped along the ties.
Same with Bachmann E-Z track. Most of my model trains are on the table that I set them up on. There are specula cabinets to store trains, but they vary from 75 to 400 usd. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to pricey for me. I might at well just buy more Plarail.
