Man, I’m going to have to play serious catch up on these videos! All of my limited YouTube time has recently been devoted to watching music theory and bass technique videos while neglecting Plarail stuff.

Oh sorry, I play bass guitar. For the gear heads, it’s an older 5-string Ibanez Soundgear neck-through played through an old Hartke 1x15 combo amp.

I am an old gear head myself!!
I've got a '68 Gibson EB2 that gets played through either a 69 Vox Essex or a '65 Supro Thunderbolt.

That’s cool Muddy! My bass teacher was a big Gibson fan and had an EB-0 and a Thunderbird. I seem to remember the EB-2 was one of the basses that used the SG type body and I recall playing one owned by a friend back in the day. IIRC, it was a double pickup model and strung with flat wounds back when almost NOBODY used them! LOL

No the EB 1&2 are hollow bodies with "f" holes..
