Highly Detailed Vintage EF58???

By the looks of this Plarail EF58 I assume that it may be quite old. What drew me to it is the Highly Detailed sides. The details are remarkable and some of the best there are but why, oh why did they go with front and rear stickers? IMO, they cheapened what they did on the sides with the use of those stickers.

I know it amazes me how they sometimes produce an amazingly detailed design, but then cheapen it with stickers/wraps, non-glazed windows and strangely coloured wheels - still could have been worse and been the awful yellow ones Smile

Red could have been less common some decades ago.
