Now I added black underframe for both of them Smile

And I swapped the 1992 TOMY Thomas model shell with the Plarail face.

What do you think? Smile

There ya go. Smile
Thank you for the images.

Thomas looks very nice now. However, the boiler bands are not very well painted, because the painting is somewhat sloppy. The black undercarriage makes them look far more realistic than the same as the running board.

For Lady, I would've removed those cylinder stickers and replaced them with painted stripes, since they became too bright compared to the rest of her. Also, you should fix the paint chips and paint the lamps if you now happen to have gold paint (if I remember correctly, you didn't when I first suggested it to you).
Fantastic job Finn

I think you have the best painted wheels out there. Can you share your secret?

He told me he used either a really small paintbrush or a black marker.

Thomas looks very nice now, and the Japanese version's face reminds me of the Season 3 model for some reason. However, the boiler bands are not very well painted, because the painting is somewhat sloppy. The black undercarriage makes these models look far more realistic than the standard red.

For Lady, I would've removed those cylinder stickers and replaced them with painted stripes, since they became too bright compared to the rest of her. Also, you should fix the paint chips and paint the lamps if you now happen to have gold paint (if I remember correctly, you didn't when I first suggested it to you).

Well, it was from a non-painted boiler 1992 TOMY Thomas shell, so I outlined it with a red marker and somewhat became untidy. So I left it like that.

Second, I've already painted Lady's lamps and her cylinder boiler Big Grin
