Best way of uploading pics?

Always struggled guys with loading pics on forums,whats the best way of uploading them is it copy and paste or from your documents can never get the size right!

That's correct mate, copy the [IMG link and paste it here

i do the same as super and use photobucket. so easy. i go through and delete when it tells me its getting too full, lol
