Interesting station. Does it have a name?

So I saw this one the other day. I am a sucker for these stations, I really love the look and the sounds are very cool. It was 1000¥ so I figured I would watch it. Well it jumped within a few hours to 2100¥. I decided to remove from my watched list and not pursue. Well this morning I saw it again and decided I had to have it. 14 min were left for the auction and it was still at 2100¥. Well let's just say I did not win and it went sky high. So my question is, what is this one? Is it rare or maybe a limited release? I have not seen this specific one.

I don't know the exact name but this listing looks to be missing the 2nd level platform and two added subway tunnel one of which can't be used for a train.

Thats really neat. I wish I had one. *please don't offer me one due to upcoming oo scale dreams. or do if you want, I probably won't buy it though*

I think the one that Mr Ripley listed did have the upper level, if you look at the picture you can see the 'stop/go' lever, what makes it at first glance appear to be missing is that it has a clear cover over it where the one in the vids doesn't. So if anything it looks more complete
