Transparent Dr Yellow

Hi guys, I am in Japan for a school trip and I saw this in a toy store

It's a poster of a clear version of dr yellow. I find this very interesting because dr yellow is my favourite Shinkansen. I have gotten some plateaus here so there will be another post about that but I have tried searching up plarail dr yellow clear on the Internet but nothing comes up. It looks like it's some limited edition but I just wanted to see if you guys had any information on it

Wish I was there too. Is that a Plarail Shop you are in or a large toy store? That Dr Yellow is very interesting seeing as the clear plastic is yellow tinted. Don't think I have seen that in the other clear trains but it is appropriate for this one. I must admit when I first read the title of this thread I said, what?, how can that be?

No it's a large toy store, I'm learning Japanese (hence why I'm on this trip) but it's only my first year and can't really read anything
