Thanks Tramp for you post back in Feb 2014. Your photos enabled me to pull apart and service the vintage Tomy engine #12 that my kids first enjoyed in late 80's early 90's.
We recently pulled the set out from under our stairs, after moving 5 times since 1996, so that I could set up the blue track and play with our grandchildren (5 & 2). It was working just, but after a clean up and removal of dust, hair, debris it's working like a legend. Another 20 years, let's hope.
