What is this track?

Hi guys just a quick one.
So I was browsing picclick and I stumbled across this.

Any idea whether these are real or not?

Not wanting to buy them or anything I'm just curious.

without seeing the stamp, i cant say 100% they are. tomy has released track in many colors, including yellow. these are often found in the "my first" range of pullback engines, as well as some of their licensed sets. the winnie the pooh one had yellow, which is there your link may be from.

also, ambers_alcove are a fairly respected seller. i dealt with her years ago when i first got into this game properly.

the ones you have are green, the ones chrizzly has pictured are yellow

So do these tracks glow in the dark?

No the green eco-tracks are called so because they are made with 70% recycled plastic. (Takara Tomy took 'going green' too seriously!)
They came in straight and curved form, and to my knowledge never featured in any sets. If you're talking about the yellow ones I posted I don't think so.
