Keihan Series 8000 Premium Car
This is something new and looks to be Limited and possibly site specific. Plarail does have a Keihan 8000 retail released in 2008 but not like this Premium version.

The real Debut Premium Car. Looks like the only difference in this train and the original Keihan 8000 is the addition of one "Premium" seating/service car.
