Unrecorded Phantom Gems

Blue D-51 Kisha Set, that is the first time I have seen one. Not recorded in museum so far, it seems it was manufactured from 1970-1974. Lets include that here.

Great find Vio. Is this from the back of the box? (or maybe there is no back of the box)

No art on the back, it was found in a newsletter from TOMY to general public.

Because the 4th generation Skyliner's box is not found in the Plarail Museum, but it's illustration was displayed in the Plarail Expo 2020, I will include it here. The old colour Skyliner is supposed to be in the box, not the new colour Skyliner, so we believe that the illustration is wrong. The 4th generation box is manufactured in 1977-1980 but the old colour Skyliner was manufactured in 1978, and the new colour Skyliner is manufactured in 1985.
Of course, the 4th generation box is the rarest box in all 6 vintage generations so there are still many unknown 4th generation boxes out there.

I like the basic cardboard color of that box. Truly unique.

These ones are test products of EH500 Kintaro and Izukyu Resort 21 before commercialisation. Ultra hard to find, and only TOMY staff would handle them.

This is the ＴＶで遊ぼう僕はプラレール運転手922ドクターイエロー test product before commercialisation.
It was rumoured that all test shot products were discarded, but this one remains today. It is unknown if this test product's TV connection functionality or the inner camera is working...

EL-05 ブルートレーン is a yellow box, but this blue box version is not seen in the market before.

Yet to be mine. Its on auctions now, but I'm considering the Benkei Set as my top priority at the moment. Lets see how it goes tomorrow.
