Funicular Powered by Train on Ground

Yet another creative Japanese Plarail idea of a type Super would normally find. Iwango_system (いわンゴ) made this automated funicular by decorating two coaches, rigging a pulley and string system to pull them up/down the incline and attaching one end of the string (or another one) to a running train at the bottom. To delay the cars between each ascent/descent, the loop uses straight track to increase the pulling train's distance.

There's also an earlier one car version that worked the same way, with no passing loop and a longer track for the power source. Would've looked better if the cars had real angled bodies and only a stationary forward/reverse motor to control them; more practical than a whole circuit with a train on it.
