i got this blast to my childhood from a collector in the uk
[Image: broche%203.jpg]

these 4 i got for $15 each from a local seller. they all need work on the motors, some couplers are bent and at least one is missing tyres. 2 of the engines also had their bodies swapped, so the wheels were wrong.
can someone please confirm their names? thanks!!

thanks, guys. the one piece i was waiting for still hasnt arrived, but the hideously bright shirt i bought for work made it. fluoro pink and yellow with reflective strips. lmfao

spent yesterday evening sorting out the plarail bits. replacing tyres, couplers and lubing the motors. all were pretty dry and 2 of them wouldnt have lasted much longer i think. the worst was the blue and silver followed by the series 100. the nex i touched up the black with a marker. looks much better now.

action, the easiest way is to give you the link to my site. http://sunsthomasandfriends.weebly.com/

Another great haul for you Sunhuntin. Could this be the TX train you have there? http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10115914 Gerisplarail1 would know all of the names, history and if there were different releases of every Tomy train for sure.

good spot, super.

the piece i was waiting for finally showed up the other day. must have been on the slow boat!!
last night, i stopped in at a store on the way home from work and found crash n repair salty. only 2 on the peg, so i grabbed them both, one to leave sealed. not sure how many of these are out there, so figured it would be an idea to keep one aside.

yep, thats HIT lost and found hiro! and yes, thats my cat pushing her way in. soon as im on the floor to take photos, she comes to annoy me. hiro is missing his sodor steamworks sign, and the stickers arent as mint as i would like, but happy none the less!

Awesome!! Congrats!!
L&F Hiro is Hits masterpiece...a really GREAT trainSmile
...very shrewd grabbing both Salty's too.
I dont think they made too many and also limited their distribution, so that'll be a rare one in no time!! Big Grin
Play nice & have fun!!Smile
