Can't have that page translated much since it looks like a lot of the Japanese writing is in images....Just guessing here...you have to get stamps from the 10 stations to be entered in the lottery for the 200 E235's? Is that another train in the drawing too...E3?

I've seen that engines like Ashima and Yong Bao are out of stock on websites like Amazon Japan now. Maybe they're lout of Production and have replacements on the way or maybe they're out of stock for some time because of some shortage? Who knows.

The purple E3-2000 and green E235 pictures are examples of the stamps that you need to collect on your card. "The stamp designs are Plarail trains that are active in JR East".

Correct. The stamp locations are outside of each of the ten stations, so you don't actually have to travel on any trains. You could go round them all on your bike if you wanted.

There are also two other prizes, the acrylic display stands, that you can get when making purchases over 600 yen at specific outlets after you've got stamps from inside the ticket gates for the Hayabusa or Komachi shinkansens. Presumably there's some sort of limit on them as well, when they're gone they're gone, but it's not specified.
