As promised here is a pic of all 4 that I have now.

Does someone have a translation for what they say in Japaneese? I tried using the Google translate app but it did not work too well.

I must say again these are very cool trains but are very complex and it seems like once one thing is fixed something else breaks. All in good fun though. Now I know I can fix one of I get the chance to get another one. Now to find the Gordon and Henry.
Don't forget Percy!!!Wink

Ah. Yeah. And Percy. I know it was quite interesting taking these guys apart. Had to be extra careful as the are so delicate. I took a few pics here and there as I disassembled. Nothing compete but I will try and put something together in case someone else may have to tackle these. Thanks again..

Just scored a TnA Percy and another TnA Thomas. The seller also has a TnA James that needs a little work and the two additional ones for parts. Trying to make a package deal on all of it, but it is in the UK so I have to watch shipping. Not sure if I will ever find (or be able to afford) the TnA Henry and Gordon, but will keep an eye out for them.

I am thinking the British one but will have to wait and see to be certain. I would like the Japanese one to keep with the ones I already have, but either way I am ok with. I think the Thomas and James are the British version too.

The seller said that he restores them and works from home doing so. It looked to be in great condition so we shall see. Final bid was £16 for Percy.

In the process of getting the TnA Percy, James(s), and Thomas(s) still. Working with Nigel to get these to me in the US. Cannot thank him enough for assisting with this one. Big Grin

But while we work that out I managed to score another TnA Thomas "American Accent" version. Aside from having a stripped gear (which is all good now after I swapped out his wheels) he is in great condition. After only having the "British Accent" version and then getting this one it is quite neat to hear the differences.

I think i have caught the bug for the TnA engines. Wink Hopping i can find a score like Muddy and get the TnA Henry and Gordon. We shall see. Still searching for them on the Japan Sites though.

I will certainly have some spare parts for these. I am going to try and get at least a couple fixed up but some will likely be only for parts. I would not mind helping out, I have learned quite a bit from fixing the other ones. I actually even found brass rivets to put on new battery terminals and created a "Press" out of a clamp to fasten them. I did a test run on a spare battery box but haven't taken the trains themselves appart again yet.
