The Talk 'n' Action range came out in 2000, not 1999 as dated on the video. That should answer your question.

Yes Ripley, that's it!! At the end it shows all the characters included in the T'nA line...including the Talking Trevor, Caroline, AND Harold!! I'm positive he would not have been included in the add and featured along side the rest of the T'nA's if there wasn't a model that speaks. I have only ever looked at them as the motorized spinning version and all the same, but I will have to look more closely now, as I think there may be a couple differences in its overall look? Anyway thanks for fixing and posting this!!Smile
