I agree with Chrisjo, taking them apart is usually the easier part, getting them all back together and in working condition can be tricky.

hm ok

The reason I was asking is because I wanted to open mine up not removing any parts, just look inside of him and see what he looks like, also investigate the motor and possibly fix him skipping tracks. Please help because its starting to get really annoying ESPECIALLY for Demos.
I'm so sick and tired of him playing incorrect phrases and also skipping tracks too much.
Thats why I Need to know how to take the shell off.
