Nice video! Funny how diffrent everything was back then with those toys. Now if you look at trackmaster you see how much it all has changed.

True. I'm a collecter of Thomas in Trackmaster as well as Plarail and i must say they are ok if you get the right ones as strangely an sadly some engines are better made then others. The ones I would look at are the more older types (2009-2013, 2014 if you count the flat drives) as the older ones run well and last a long time if treated well. They aren't very good with being tossed around. Those new new ones where they have been redisigned are god awful. Don't even bother looking at those as they are extremely cheap and just crap. They don't even work on plarail/tomy track. It's pitiful. So if you ever do try to stick more in the 2009-2013 range. Not the redisigned ones(AKA Trackmaster 2)

Plarail is a lot better in the detail and realism. Trackmaster is made for more of a play feel for younger kids as to most of us here we like our trains in good shape and plarail is based around detail as trackmaster is more for play. Either way I love em both though

Thanks Gerisplarail1, I liked the video. It has a personal feel to it. Sort of like a home movie. A tad bit more lighting might help. And thanks for the commentary about how you got into the Thomas and Japanese trains. I like the Tomy cargo especially the barrels...hmmm...reminds me to post another "I Wish Tomy Would" idea.
